Errors With Orders:
Please check your order when it arrives and ensure that the part count is correct. If there are any problmes, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately mistakes do happen, and we will do everything we can to resolve any error on our part. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
In the rare occurence that an ordered part or ordered quantity of a part is not availabe we will offer to either give a refund for the unavailable item(s) or to cancel the order.
Sealed sets, on very rare occasion may have some missing or damaged part(s), we do not accept liability for this. Sealed sets that are shipped internationally, may be opened and inspected by customs, we do not accept liability for this.
We only accept returns when there is evidence that we made an error on our end (we shipped the incorrect parts, colors, or sets).
New parts and minifigures are taken straight out of factory box/package. New sets are still in factory sealed boxes and packaging unless otherwise stated. PLEASE NOTE: Even new parts can have minor imperfections such a scratches etc. due to the way the factory packages them.Last Updated: 12 Oct 2015
